Sound Project
The sound design project was where I was tasked with creating an underscore or sound that went with a specific photo I chose. It didn't matter which picture was used and the sound had to be a minimum of two minutes.
The picture I chose (pictured below) was from the anime, "Tokyo Ghoul" and as soon as I saw it, I instantly thought of a story. I imagined a chasing scene where the character in the picture was chasing someone. The first sound I got was the classical music you hear prominently during the entirety of it. The classical piece is "Four Seasons: Winter," by Vivaldi. I practically based my entire sound on that one piece. I later added raining sounds and rough winds for the atmosphere. I also had a great addition at the end just for some shock factor.

I feel like the sound project was the one I was most confident in, and yet I found it to be very difficult when actually doing it. I found that certain sounds were hard to find and sometimes you knew what you wanted, but you could never find anything that matched your thought. The problem of whether I added too many sounds or not enough sounds was also one I encountered. In the end, I'm glad that I got the chance to get familiar with audacity and I would feel comfortable if someone asked me to use the application to make a sound.
